Bydgoszcz Teaches Mediation

Everyone has a right to mediation

Let's talk

What is mediation?

Mediation is a conversation between individuals or legal entities to resolve a conflict or dispute between them. It takes place outside the courthouse. The mediator helps to obtain a mediation agreement.

Advantages

Efficient

Dependent on the activity and will of the parties, not the court schedule.

Effrctive

Out-of-the-box solutions, flexible, parties can speak freely.

Friendly

Reducing stress and emotions. Bringing about a settlement.

Confidential

The course of mediation is secret, and the mediator is bound by professional secrecy.

The goal of mediation is to reach an agreement. Often during mediation, the parties are reconciled; however, this is not mandatory.

Mediation usually begins with an initial meeting between the mediator and each party individually. Further meetings are held jointly. Usually mediations end after 3-5 meetings.
